How NFF Secretary General Uses Office To Earn N10.8m

Secretary General of the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, Dr. Sanusi Mohammed has used his office to earn Ten million and eight hundred thousand naira (N10.8m), BSNSports.com.ng can report.

A reliable source who wishes to be anonymous told BSN Sports that Sanusi wrote to the accounting department of the federation to pay him three months salary advance. This, according to the source followed the payment of the sponsorship funds by Aiteo and Coca-Cola for 2020. Sanusi who receives Three million and Six hundred thousand (N3.6m) per month was alleged to insist on collecting the advance salaries and was allegedly paid the three months salary advance at the time the Falconets assistant coach received one year salary arrears few weeks ago.

Since 2018, the Nigeria Football Federation allegedly rakes in Three billion naira (N3 billion) on sponsorship every year and despite Covid-19, the some of the companies still respect the contract this year as some of the contract expire in 2023.

When our correspondent get in touch with the General Secretary, his efforts were frustrated after seven days as he (sanusi) failed to respond to the allegation despite several attempts to air his side.
