IFFHS announces Africa's Team of the Decade XI

IFFHS
Liverpool stars Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane are the undisputed attackers in The International Federation of Football History & Statistics’ (IFFHS) African Team of the Decade, BSNSports.com.ng reports. The team unsurprisingly features no names from Eastern and Southern Africa, with the West and Arab African nations taking the 11 spots. With the exception of modern names like Salah, Mane and Aubameyang, the team has a touch of throwback names like Yaya Toure of Manchester City fame and Ivory Coast, as well as the AFCON Nigerian legend goalkeeper, Vincent Enyeama. Full Team:
  • Enyeama
  • Fathi
  • Benatia
  • Koulibaly
  • Bailly
  • Toure
  • Ayew
  • Mahrez
  • Mane
  • Salah
  • Aubameyang
