Ighalo out for two months

Injured former Nigeria's Super Eagles striker Odion Ighalo has beeen ruled out action for 2 months by his club Shanghai Shenhua medical,BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Former Watford forward got injured during the third place play off against Carthage Eagles of Tunisia at the just concluded African Cup of Nations in Egypt.

He was substituted for Victor Osimhen after he netted the only goal of the game on the 3rd minute.

Ighalo later announced his retirement from international football which shocked whole football community.

His injury will have adverse effect on his struggling Chinese side Shanghai Shenhua.
