Ighalo, Salah, Mane Named in CAF AFCON Q XI

AFCON 2019 qualifier: Ighalo makes Team of the qualifier By Sampson Adedeji After an outstanding performance in the colour of Nigeria's Super Eagle, striker Odion Ighalo has being named in the tournament. Shanghai Shenhua forward contributed 7 goals to Nigeria qualification. Super Eagles rallied back to top its group with 13 points after losing the first match at home to Bafana Bafana of South Africa. Ighalo was named alongside Egypt and Liverpool forward Mo Salah, Sadio Mane of Senegal, Fiston Abdul Razak of Burundi. Baring any injury worry or lost of form, former Watford striker is expected to lead Nigeria's attack in the competition slated for Egypt in the summer. Nigeria returned to AFCON after missing the last two editions in 2015 and 2017.
