INCREDIBLE! Seventeen states yet to win a medal at NSF 2018 By Niyi Busari Defending champions, Delta state continued from where they stopped in 2012 as they have raked in 20 gold, 4 silver, and 8 bronze medals as at the time of filing this report, on Monday. Delta has been able to win 32 medals altogether. Rivers State comes second with 5 gold, 7 silver and 11 bronze medals. Interesingly, seven states are yet to win any medal as they continue to search for laurels in different sports to make put their states on the medals table. The 17 states are; Zamfara, Taraba, Sokoto, Plateau, Kwara, Kogi, Kebbi, Katsina, Jigawa, Gombe, Enugu, Ekiti, Ebonyi, Borno, Akwa Ibom and Adamawa. However, the host city, FCT are sixth on the medals table with 3 gold, 2 silver and two bronze medals.
