International Friendly: Cameroon Game Gives Us Opportunity To Try New Players - Rohr

Few days to the proposed international friendly match against Indomitable Lions of Cameroon, head coach of Nigeria's Super Eagles Gernot Rohr said the game will afford the opportunity to test fresh legs, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
Key players invited for the game pulled out on Monday citing injuries among other things for their absence.
The team started training on Tuesday with 18 Players in camp and Rohr believed that the game will provide opportunity for new players to fight for shirt in the team.
Nigeria vs Cameroon friendly:
"The training was good, we had 18 players and we'll have 20 players tomorrow. Onuachu, Musa will join the team."
"We are trying to have a good team, we have 20 and Cameroon has 26 players for the two games, I hope we don't have injuries crisis."
"The condition is good and the weather was okay. So many players are not here, it's an opportunity for us to try new players.
"It's important we prepare well for our World Cup qualifiers," he said.
Nigeria and Cameroon will clash on June 4th (Friday) at the Wiener Neustadt in the Austrian capital, Vienna. Kickoff is 8.30pm Nigeria time.
