International Friendly: New Invites Excites Ekong By Sampson Adedeji Ahead of the much awaited international friendly match against Indomitable Lions of Cameroon, Super Eagles defender William Troost Ekong is happy with the inclusion of new faces in the team, BSNSports.com.ng reports. Many new faces are part of the Super Eagles presently after majority of the invited players pulled out due to injury. Ekong expected a tough game from Cameroon but believed that they are ready and equal to the task. "It’s been good, we’ve got a lot of new faces in this camp and all of us just want to make sure we have a good game to finish up the season." “It’s good to see we have great team spirit and everyone is so happy to be here.” He said. Ekong played active in the just concluded season as his club Watford secured promotion to the English premier league.
