Invisible Angels, Dream Stars gain promotion to Women's Premier League

The Invisible Angels and Dream Stars Ladies have gained promotion to the Nigeria Women's Premier League after emerging tops in the Abuja and Benin City centres of the Women's Pro-League Play-Off which ended on Wednesday, BSNSports.com.ng.
Invisible Angels topped the Abuja centre that also had Sa'adatu Amazons, Faith Hill and Gift of Life FC, with 7 points to emerge group A winner and got the desired promotion to the Premier League.
In Group B, which had its venue in Benin City, Dream Stars Ladies of Lagos topped the group at the end of the Play-off.
Dream Stars amassed the maximum six points from two matches, after beating Police Ladies Machine in the first game and Moje Queens 1-0 in today's last group match.
With this result, Dream Stars Ladies have been promoted to the Premier League.
The Abuja centre of the Nigeria Women's Pro-League Play-off was coordinated by the vice chairman of the Nigeria Women Football League, Rt. Hon Margaret Icheen supported by another NWFL board member, Hajia Hussaina Suleiman and the NWFL Chief Operating Officer, Ayo Abdulrahman, while the Benin City centre was coordinated by NWFL board member and Head of Media Committee, Henrietta Ukaigwe, who was appointed for the coordinator's role by the Chief Coordinator of the Pro-League, Hon. Icheen.
