The Nigeria Table tennis sensation Aruna Quadri has been sent packing from the ongoing ITTF Open currently going on in Germany.

Quadri qualified for the main draw of the competition after rallying back from a 3-0 down to 4-3 win against Finland’s Olah Benedek.

The draw pitched him against homeboy and one of the tournament favourite Tim Boll in the round of 32.

Quadri went down 3-0 ( 11-5, 11-2, 11-9) but rallied back ( 3-11, 8-11) before Boll clinched the win ( 11-8) and ended the game 4-2.

Quadri loss means all Nigeria players that are taking part has been eliminated from the tournament.
