ITTF World Championship: Quadri Happy With Opening Game Win

After recording an emphatic win in his opening game in the ongoing ITTT World championship, Nigeria's Aruna Quadri is excited about the outcome of the game and hope to make the country proud in the subsequent game, BSNsports.com.ng can report.
Quadri put up an amazing performance in the match against Belarusian player Aleksandr Khanin and emerged victorious with a 4-0.
While reacting after the match, Germany's based admitted how tough the opening match can be irrespective of the opponent and added that he hopes to be a good ambassador of the country in the competition.
“I am so happy that I won today, but it was not an easy match because the first match of every competition is always very tough.
However, I think I raised my game from the first game to ensure I dominated the match. I am here to give my best as usual, and I want to be a good ambassador of my country here in Houston," he said.
Quadri will hope to go further in this year tournament after he crashed out in the third round in the 2019 edition of the competition.
