Jabi Lakes Witnesses Clean Up Ahead Abuja Beach Soccer Tournament

ORGANIZERS SANITIZE JABI LAKE PARK AHEAD OF ABUJA BEACH SOCCER TOURNAMENT

Sports and cleanliness fit in like a pair of gloves and that is why organizers of the upcoming Abuja Beach Soccer tournament decided to sanitize venue of the competition at Jabi Lake Park on Saturday.

Refreshingly, the organizers were not alone in their bid to clean up the premises of the resort centre as they received support from members of the public and partners among whom were foremost construction company, Cosgrove.

The representative of the company, Ahmed Mohammed expressed the readiness of his company to support the organizers during the tournament while noting that Cosgrove is a socially responsible organization.

Reacting to the turnout of partners and well wishers at the park for the exercise, coordinator of the Abuja Beach Soccer tournament, Mahmud Hadejia stated that the organizers are thrilled with the support they have received from the public just as he described the build up to the tournament as hitch-free.

The tournament kicks off on 14th February with four teams, Kwara Beach Soccer Club, Abuja Beach Soccer Club, Kebbi Beach Soccer Club and Badagry United Beach Soccer Club expected to compete at the 3-day event.
