Jupiler League Golden Shoe: Onuachu Happy With Podium Finish

It was a memorable day for Nigeria's Super Eagles striker, Paul Onuachu, on Wednesday night as he made top three in the 2020 Belgium Jupiler League Golden Shoe award, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
The Nigeria forward switched to the Jupiler League side in the summer of 2019 from Danish league side FC Midjtyland where he made headlines with scoring ability and amazing performance.
The 2019/2020 Golden Shoe award night was organised on Wednesday night and Nigeria international finished in third position behind Rafaelov Lior (Royal Antwerp) and Raphael Holzhauser.
Onuachu praised the eventual winner and promised to do more to help himself and the club.
Refaelov is a great laureate," he says at HLN . “I did a great job myself, but only one can win. You know, I'm proud and happy to be on stage. I also enjoyed being part of such an event. Despite the pandemic, everything was very well organized. ”
“I'm going to do my best”, the Genk attack leader promised. “At the same time, I am not going to focus too much on it or put extra pressure on myself. That would just have the opposite effect," he said.
