Jupiler League: King Onuachu Bags Hattrick, Ike Ugbo Plays, Sorinola Benched By Omolagba Oluwayemi He's just unstoppable, he's proven overtime that he's the best in Belgium and one of the best in the world and I'm talking about no other person than Paul Onuachu. Super Eagles striker, Paul Onuachu on Sunday scored a hattrick to lift KRC Genk past RFC Seraing in the Belgium Jupiler League match day 9 encounter, BSNSports.com.ng reports. Missed a penalty in the 34th minute but made up for it with a two quick fire goals (42', 44') before the end of the first 45 minutes. He was again presented with an opportunity to score from the spot 4 minutes into the second half and this time he tucked the ball into the back of the net for his hattrick of evening and the goals were enough for Genk to record their fifth win of the campaign. It’s the fifth consecutive game that Onuachu would hit the back of the net for Genk and the eleventh time he'll hit the back of the net in all competitions this season. Onuachu's compatriot, Ike Ugbo replaced him in the 87th minute. Matthew Sorinola was on a full time duty on the bench as his club Union St. Gilloise suffered a 2-1 home loss to Royal Antwerp. With six appearances and a goal to his name already this season, the British born winger will hope to return to the starting lineup next time. Onuachu not leaving Belgium last season was because clubs were not ready to meet his release clause for a reason which could be said to be around him being just a season wonder but so far so good he's proven he's got more than a season on his feet as he even looked set break the records he set last season in the league.
