Jupiler League: Scoring In Back To Back Games Excites Dessers
By Sampson Adedeji
Super Eagles striker Cyril Dessers was in cloud nine after he scored against newly crowned champion Club Brugge in the final game of the season, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
With Nigeria international and league top scorer Paul Onuachu on the bench, Dessers was saddled with the responsibility of leading the attack.
The Nigeria forward lived up to expectations as he netted the winning goal from the penalty spot.
"It was a strange game, a game at the end of the season with a lot of space. I was broken after 60 minutes and that's normal, because I usually only play for five or six minutes."
"I am also curious, we will talk about it after the season. Well, those three goals in the last three matches are on my business card", Dessers concludes.
