When the twenty three (23) football council chairmen and their secretaries, coaches Association, Referees Association, the various league tiers chairmen and top stakeholders in Kaduna state converge in Kafanchan next February to decide the next Kaduna state football Association's chairman, the one man highly favoured to win the exalted seat is none other than Engr. Yusuf Abubakar Mustapha popularly known as Yusuf Best.

The young, charismatic, energetic Engineer, who has over the years in Kaduna state been the face of football development especially from the grassroots is without a doubt the man the cap fits.

If given the opportunity, the ever present in virtually every football activities in the state and passionate lover of the round leather game is the solution to Kaduna state underdevelopment in football. His representation in the Congress of Nigeria Football Federation will bring back our darling Super Eagles and other National teams back to Kaduna they once cherished and called home.

He also sponsored seminar for all the coaches in Kaduna north LGA, pledged and redeemed 50% tuition fee of the best coach in Kaduna north to study in National Institute of sports, NIS , Lagos. He also sponsored and assisted many grassroots football coaches to attend NIS in both Lagos and Abuja.
