Kano Emerge Champions of Dallaji U17 Basketball Tournament By Niyi Busari Kano U17 Basketball team won the maiden edition of Noah Dallaji Legacy U17 Basketball Tournament in Kano. The keenly contested final match saw the 'Sai Masu Gida' taking the lead from the 1st quarter beaten Kaduna with 4 point gap (17-13) to beat the North Central team (74-72). Home boy, Sani Danger took the crowd by storm when he stepped on the stage at the end of the first quarter. The people of Kano state are happy to see their own perform at the finals of the maiden edition of Noah Dallaji Legacy U17 Basketball Tournament. However, second quarter ended (31-30) with Kaduna stepping up to catch up with the home boys who had huge support from the intimidating crowd. The third quarter saw Kano leading with ten points (58-48) and wrapped up the final result with just two points (74-72). Yemi Alade, Sani Danger, Ricardo Banks, LAX and Aminu all performed to on the stage at interval of every quarter while the players took instructions from their respective coaches.
