Pillars reinstate Musa as head coach

By Amaechi Agbo

Kano Pillars have reinstated former coach Ibrahim Musa as head coach, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The reinstatement is with immediate effect.

According to the Media officer of the club, Rilwanu Idris Malikawa, the contractual agreement affirming his return was signed at the club's secretariat yesterday.

It is believed that the Speaker of the Kano State House of Assembly, Alhaji Kabiru Rurum, was instrumental in Musa "second missionary journey" with the club.

Coach Musa was sacked by the Kano Pillars management after the team threw up their 3-0 lead against Rangers International in the Aiteo Cup final in Warri and lost the match in penalty shootout.
