Kano Pillars sign suspended Akwa United player Godspower Anefiok

Akwa United player, Godspower Anefiok has signed for Nigeria Professional Football League outfit Kano Pillars in a one-year deal, BSNSports.com.ng reports. Anefiok who featured for Rangers International in the 2020-2021 season before joining Akwa United will feature for the four-time premier league champions. Brila.net said he played for the Promise Keepers in CAF Champions League games against CR Belouizdad of Algeria, but he was suspended indefinitely without pay after he fell out with the management. He is set to resume training with Kano Pillars in the coming days.
