Kayode sent off in Gazisehir win

By Sampson Adedeji

It was mixed feelings for Nigeria's Super Eagles striker Kayode Olarenwaju on Saturday night in the Turkish Super Lig as he received his first marching order in the league, despite helping Gazisehir to victory over Besiktas.

BSN reports that Kayode moved to Turkey on loan from Ukrainian premier league side Shaktar Donetsk this summer and has been able to scored twice for the club.

Gazisehir shocked Besiktas with a 3-2 win with goals from Twumas, Vural and Chisbah the trio who ensured the victory for their club while Umut Nayir and Atuba scored for Besiktas.

Former Austria Wien forward was sent off in the 75th minutes for a dangerous play in the game.

Kayode will now miss the next game of the club in the league.
