Kebbi Beach Soccer team on Monday night departed Alanya, Turkey for Lagos to participate in the 2019 Copa Lagos Beach Soccer tournament, BSNSports.com.ng can report.

Having emerged champions of Kebbi State Beach Soccer Tournament, the coach Isa Abdullahi-led team left Nigeria for Turkey to participate in the maiden Men's World Winners Cup in Alanya where the Kebbi state sponsored team won two matches and lost two.

In Alanya during the competition, Kebbi Beach Soccer defeated Al-Arabi of Kuwait 8-4, beat Atletico Licata of Italy 5-2, lost narrowly to Napoli Patron of Greece and also lost scandalously to Real Munster of Germany 10-6.

Flamingo Beach Soccer team of Brazil on Monday won the maiden Men's World Winners Cup while Pavia Lokrians won the Women's World Winners Cup.
