Kelechi Kalu On The Threshold of History

Mississauga midfieder, Kelechi Kalu is on the verge of making history as the first Nigerian to emerge best player of the season in the Canadian Soccer League when the season gets underway in May.
The former Arsenal and Chelsea U-12 player has shown a glimpse of quality to win such award, his excellent performance in a friendly match against Toronto FC says it all.
In a chat with www.bsnsports.com.ng, the 18-year lanky midfielder stressed that determination, dedication and hardwork is the secret of his high-level performance and promised to do more when the season gets underway in May.
"For this season, my goal is to keep developing at high rate, so that i can play at the highest level of the game when season starts."
"My game against Toronto FC U-20 where i have a man of the match performance has shown what my fans should expect from me this season," he continues.
"Hardwork, determination and dedication is the secret behind my performance, and i am more determined than ever to do more until i reach the peak of football career. I wish to play at the highest level of the game, hence, i know i need to do more." he concluded.
