Kelechi Nwakali's Huesca Emerge Spanish Segunda Champions

Following the final match-day away win over Sporting Gijon, Nigeria midfielder Kelechi Nwakali helped SD Huesca won the Spanish Segunda Division title.

Huesca defeated Sporting Gijon 1-0 away on Monday night to displace former table topper, Cadiz to emerge champions.

Cristo Gonzalez netted the winning goal for the visitors in the 73rd minute after he was set up by Sergio Gomez.

Nwakali was on for 90 minutes in the game.

Huesca finished top of the table with 70 points from 42 games while second placed Cadiz ended the season with 69.
