Kwara United to tackle Kano Pillars in friendly duel

Kwara United will face Kano Pillars on Saturday morning, September 28, in a friendly encounter in Ijebu Ode.

United General Manager Bashir Badawiy revealed the latest information hours after the club crashed out of the Governor Dapo Abiodun pre season tournament.

The big administrator believes the tie against Kano Pillars will help his wards in their preparation for the coming NNL season.

Kano Pillars finished second behind Lobi Stars in Group A at the Governor Dapo Abiodun pre season tournament.

Kwara United on the other hand finished third in Group B without any defeat drawing their three games.

The last time Kwara United and Kano Pillars met, it was in a 2-1 win for the Harmony Boys last two seasons in Ilorin.
