La Liga; Chukwueze hope to transfer national team form to Villareal

Following his amazing performance for Nigeria's Super Eagles in 2021 African Cup of Nations qualifier against Benin and Lesotho winger Samuel Chukwueze is hoping to continue the firm with his Spanish club Villareal.

Chukwueze put up an amazing performance for the Nigeria senior national team in the qualifier and was also in target in the 4-2 away win over Lesotho in Maseru.

The Yellow Submarine has been having a difficult time since the beginning of the season and Chukwueze is hoping to help improve their performance

“It was a perfect outing for me, massive wins in both games and to even get a goal made it more special but overall I am glad we began the AFCON qualifiers with a perfect record.

“Now it’s time to switch attention back to club football. Hopefully, I can replicate the same form for Villarreal in the next game,” Chukwueze Said

Chukwueze is expected to be in action when Villarea L face Celta Vigo this weekend.
