LA LIGA: Chukwueze subbed in, fails to save Villarreal from defeat against Valencia

Nigeria International Samuel Chukwueze featured as a substitute in Villarreal’s 2-0 away defeat to Valencia at the Estadio de Mestalla on Saturday night, BSNSports.com.ng reports Chukwueze was subbed in for Dani Parejo after the break. The Nigeria international, who is yet to start a game for the Yellow Submarine this season is gradually working his way back to full fitness after sustaining an injury at the end of last season. The 22-year-old has made four league appearances for Unai Emery’s side since his return from the injury. Hugo Guillamon and Carlos Soler were on target for Valencia in the game.
