La Liga: Omeruo Injured in Leganes defeat to Levante

It was a double blow for Nigeria's Super Eagles defender Kenneth Omeruo who suffered a injury setback in Leganes away defeat to Levante.
Despite having struggled in the early part of the season, Leganes is gradually getting back to their old form before Saturday afternoon clash with Levante, BSN Reports.
Omeruo who joined the Spanish side permanently from the English premier league club Chelsea last summer is one of the player responsible for the resurgent of the club.
Ruben Rochina netted the opening goal for the host in the 20th minute before Omeruo was booked in the 23rd minute for a foul play.
Rojas made it 2-0 in favour of Levante in the 28th minute and ensured that they secured a maximum points in the encounter.
The Nigeria was substituted in the 75th minute for Dimitri Siovas after he sustained an injury before the end of the match.
Meanwhile, his compatriot Chinedu Awaziem was not dressed for the match after he was suspended due to accumulation of cards.
