Liberia Releases 34 Names For Nigeria, Cape Verde World Cup Face off

Liberia Coach Peter Butler has called up his most experienced players for the 2022 World Cup qualifiers against Nigeria and Cape Verde Islands.
The Lone Stars will visit Nigeria at the Teslim Balogun Stadium in Lagos on September 3, before hosting Central African Republic at the Samuel Kanyon Doe sports complex four days later.
Butler has called up the usual key players including Ketu Jebor, Sam Jackson, Joseph Mento, Alloy Brown and Augustine Otu.
The English 54-year-old coach kept faith with Ghana-based midfielder Varney Sando and Albania-based striker Van Dave.
The Lone Stars are drawn alongside Nigeria, Central African Republic and Cape Verde Islands in Group C of the Qualifiers.
