Lille hail Osimhen for scooping League Player of the Month

French Ligue one side LOSC Lille has hailed Nigeria's Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen after he was adjudged League Player of the Month, BSNSports.com.ng understands.

BSN reports that the energetic striker on Thursday beat Algeria forward Islam Slimani and Nantes Nicolas Pallois to the award for the Month of September .

" His outstanding form and your votes combined to make victor osimhen the Ligue1 Player of the Month for September. Take a bow everyone," the club wrote

He netted 2 goals and assisted 2 in the Month to emerge winner .

Osimhen has so far netted 7 goals in 8 matches for the principality club
