Ahead of the all important French Ligue One match against champions, Paris Saint German, Belgium and LOSC Lille defender Jose Fonte has confirmed that Nigeria's Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen will be missed for the match-day 14 clash.

The Nigeria youngster has been a revelation in the league since he moved to France from Belgium with his amazing performance scoring goals for the visitors.

Osimhen will not be available on Friday when Lille take one PSG at Parc de Princess because of suspension having received more than 5 yellow cards before 10 games.

Former Liverpool defender believed his absence will be greatly felt by the club.

" Victor Osimhen is an important player and he will not be there tomorrow because he has been suspended that is how it is.

We have a very good team with solutions and other players need to seize this opportunity." he said.

Osimhen who fired brace in the Super Eagles 4-2 win in the 2021 African Cup of Nations qualifier has netted 10 goals for Lille this season.
