Nigeria's Super Eagles and LOSC Lille striker Victor Osimhen is still excited after he adjudged to be the player of the month for September in the French Ligue one.

BSN Sports reports that the former Wolfburg attacker on Thursday beat Algeria and Monaco forward Islam Slimani and Nantes Nicolas Pallois through voting to clinch the cover award.

“Player of the month of September major thanks to those who voted for me,I appreciate each and everyone you,special gratitude goes to my family,teammates and my loved ones, GOD is the greatest we move," he wrote
