LMC Announces Shifting of Remo Stars Vs Kwara United NPFL Match From Oshogbo To Akure

League Management Company, (LMC) has announced the shifting of Wednesday 2019 NPFL matchday 9 game between Remo Stars and Kwara United earlier scheduled for Oshogbo Township stadium to Akure Township stadium, BSNSports.com.ng reports

The shifting of the venue according to LMC is not unconnected to the sudden and shocking death of former NFF Secretary-General, Chief Taiwo Ogunjobi who died on Monday.

Remo Stars were banished to Oshogbo Township Stadium by the LMC following their home fans unruly behavior when match officials were attacked in their Matchday 4 game against Bendel Insurance.

LMC also announced that a minute silent will be observed in all week 9 NPFL match venues, all players are also expected to wear black armband as a mark of respect for the fallen hero.
