Lobi Stars Resume Training Ahead Mamelodi Sundown CAF Champions League Tie

Nigeria's sole representative in the 2018/19 CAF Champions League, Lobi Stars on Tuesday resumed training in Makurdi in preparation ahead of their CAF Champions League first group match against Mamelodi Sundown on 13th January, 2019, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Lobi who went on a brief break but resumed on Tuesday have almost all the players present at their first training at the 20,000 capacity Aper Aku stadium, the training started around 4:00 pm and ended 5:35 pm.

BSN Sports understands that Lobi stars will continue their training tomorrow (Wednesday) morning around 6 am before having their second training of the day in the evening.

Lobi star were grouped alongside former champions, Mamelodi Sundowns, Wydad Casablanca, and ASEC Mimosa in the Group stages of the 2018/19 CAF Champions League.
