Magistrate Court Stops Ekiti FA Elections

An Ekiti Magistrate court has issued an order for an injunction on the Chairman and members of the Ekiti Football Association restraining the Association from conducting any election pending the application brought to it, BSNSports.com.ng confirms.

In a motion ex-parte filed by the respondents Victor Ajayi and five others, the Chief Magistrate of the Court R. Adeboye granted the prayers of the applicants pending it’s hearing slated for Thursday the Twenty fourth of January.
The elections were slated for Thursday the 24th of January.
