Marc Vivien Foe Award: Moses Simon Congratulates Osimhen

Super Eagles winger, Moses Simon has congratulated Victor Osimhen on winning the African Marc Vivien Foe award, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Osimhen on Monday emerged winner of the prestigious award. The Prix Marc-Vivien Foé is an award in an honor to the late Marc-Vivien Foé awarded to the best player who represents an African national football team in the French Ligue 1.

Osimhen scored 18 goals in all competition for Lille in the 2019/20 season.

The Nigeria international saw off competition from compatriot Moses Simon ( Nantes), Saint-Etienne’s Denis Bouanga, Montpellier’s Andy Delort, Monaco ’s Islam Slimani plus Rennes ’ trio of Mbaye Niang, Hamari Traore and Edouard Mendy to clinch the award.
