Marseille Coach Villas-Boas Believes Bordeaux's Hwang Ui-jo As Same Characteristics of Samuel Kalu

Marseille coach André Villas-Boas has insisted that Bordeaux's South Korea national teamer Hwang Ui-jo has the same characteristics as Samuel Kalu, BSNSports.com.ng reports. The Super Eagles winger has been ruled out of the star match of this weekend between Marseille and Bordeaux at the Orange Vélodrome after suffering what is now confirmed to be a hamstring injury whilst on international duty with the Nigeria squad exactly a week ago. Speaking at Thursday's press conference, Villas-Boas told reporters: “There is no worry at all. I hope the victory comes this weekend, it will put us in a good position. We're not good at this precise moment, but it's only the start of the season. The players are focused on winning, that's what we want […] If we can rely on this match from last season psychologically? Not too much. There have been changes, of coach, of system. Bordeaux were playing in 3-4-3, and we were not at the same time as now. They drew against Lyon and Nice, and they won against Dijon, they have confidence.     They are classified in the same place as us, and we want to take advantage of that to advance several places. But we can't use last year's game, a lot has changed. Individually, they are statistics which demonstrate their behavior, like the direct balloons of Laurent Koscielny. They always have depth with Nicolas De Préville.       But it's a different game in terms of the system and the tactics […] I don't feel too much dispersion compared to the Champions League […] Maybe it will be difficult for us to get them out.       It's a team that is always looking for depth, we will have to be very careful with the transition too. They are dangerous with the speed they have at depth. They lost Kalu, but they still have the Korean who is the same type of player with the speed he has. There is also Nicolas De Préville with the movements in depth and also between the lines. I find this team very good, for us it's a big challenge, at a difficult time for us. We will have to be at our best.     We called on the players to concentrate, to do better. We are waiting for this victory to explode, to explode ”.
