Mba, 3 Nigerian Refs in Continental Outings This Weekend

A respected authority in football refereeing in Nigeria and one of the seasoned referee Assessors, FIFA and CAF rely on for match duties, Mazi Linus Mba, is among members of the Nigeria Referees Association, NRA, leaving the shores of the country this weekend to other parts of Africa for continental engagements.
Others are the trio of Col Fawole of the Nigeria Army, Kaduna, and his compatriot from Kaduna council, Sani Mohammed as well as the Lagos State Council, member, Olayinka Olajide, all FIFA referees of the Beach Soccer.
While Mba is to Asses the Angolan referees scheduled to handle the African Nations Cup qualifier between Equatorial Guinea and Sudan, the Nigeria team of Beach Soccer FIFA referees led by Col Fawole will handle the CAF Beach Soccer Qualifier in Uganda on Sunday: Uganda vs Ivory Coast.
Mba will supervise Helder Carvalho as referee, Wilson Ntyamba and Ivanildo Lopes as Assistant Referee 1 and 2 respectively.
Former Cameroonian international keeper, Joseph Antoine Bell is the Match Commissioner.
The NRA president, Otunba Tade Azeez wishes the officials safe trips and best of luck in their different engagements.
