Former Athletico Madrid striker, Antoine Griezmann has said that messi is yet to welcome him to Barcelona while Suarez has sent him a welcome and congratulatory message on his move.

Griezeman who was speaking in a press conference ahead of Barcelona's match with Chelsea on Tuesday said,

"Messi has not called me yet, but Suarez did. He congratulated me and welcomed me.
"The group has welcomed me and I am happy to share a dressing room with them. Hopefully I can help in the best way possible."

Messi and Suarez are yet to join up with the Barcelona squard for preseason after been given extended breaks from participating at this year's Copa America.

Antoine Griezeman joined the catalonian side this July from rivals Athletico Madrid in a transfer fee worth €120 after weeks of negotiation.
