MFM Coach Fidelis Ilechukwu looks forward to new abridged NPFL season

Mountain Of Fire Ministres FC Coach Fidelis Ilechukuwu as he is fondly called the ‘working one’ has got a lot on his plate in preparation for the new Nigeria Professional Football League 2018/2019 season, especially after the exit of top players.
Having spent three seasons in the top flight football, the tactician struggled in his first season in the league, escaping relegation on the last Matchday in 2016/2017 season.
Nigeria Professional Football League 2017/2018 season was a different story for Ilechukwu and his team as he clinched the second position and a Champions League spot.
The club management did a good job in keeping coach Fidelis Ilechukwu ahead of the new season.
With MFM FC loosing chunk of their players heading into the new
campaign, which also fuels optimism. Indeed of the brilliant lot, Ifeanyi Ifeanyi who won silver with the Nigeria CHAN team at CHAN 2018. and Musa Newman, Ospino Egbe have left, with the likes of Sikiru Olatunbosun, Stephen Odey who now ply his trade with FC Zurich of Switzerland, Shola Brossa, Onuwa Chukwuka and Folarin Abayomi have all exit from Olukoya Boys at the end of season.
Coach Ilechukwu, in an exclusive interview with ………. , believes his side can perform well in the new abridged league and aim for the continental places, and also bear it in mind that the Nigerian top flight is filled with unpredictable outcomes.
