As regards the loss to Remo Stars, "It was a match we could have taken a point from, we should have won it in the first half if the lads had taken the half-chances that came their way. "Mind you, Remo Stars were not the better side in the meeting of the two Southwest Derby teams. It's a lesson learnt and that will help the coaching crew fine-tune the squad as we are still going to lock horns against them when the season kicks off."
