Mfom Udoh moves to US

The Nigeria Professional Football League has again lost one of its key players has Akwa United forward Mfon Udoh moved to the United State of America Championship side FC Tulsa.
Udoh left Enyimba last season for Akwa United after he helped the club into the last 4 of the CAF Confederation Cup against Raja Casablanca.
FC Tulsa is presently camapaigning in the second tier of the America league which will resume in March this year.
Udoh possessed an impressive goalscoring pedigree from the Nigerian Professional Football League (NPFL). Udoh is the only player in league history to score more than 20 goals in a season and his single-season record of 23, set in 2014, still stands. In 2019, Udoh became the only player to top the NPFL scoring charts in two different seasons when he scored 10 goals to co-lead the league.
The has 3 caps for Nigeria's Super Eagles and netted only once.
His switch to the US means the club has 3 Nigeria players, Solomon Kwambe and Raphael Anyagwa
