Michael Olise Makes The PFA's Championship Team Of The Year
By Omolagba Oluwayemi
Having previously been named in the EFL Championship Team of the Season and as the EFL's Young Player of the Season, Royals midfielder Michael Olise has now been handed a spot in the PFA's Championship Team of the Year, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
The annual PFA Awards recognises the outstanding performers from every division and is voted for by the players, meaning that it's those Olise has come up against that deemed him worthy of a spot in the league's best eleven.
Finishing the season with an impressive seven goals and 12 assists, Michael has rightly caught the eye of many throughout the 2020-21 campaign.
Racking up a total of 44 league appearances during the term just passed, Michael has come through his first season as a regular starter with plenty of plaudits, largely down to his creativity and his ability to find or supply a goal seemingly from nowhere.
