Minister of Sports, Dare Congratulates Eaglets on 5-1 Win

Minister of Youth and Sports Development, Mr Sunday Dare has congratulated Nigeria U17 for winning their first two games at the 2019 Uefa/Caf U17 Invitational tourney in Turkey, BSNSports.com.ng report.

Five-time world champions, Golden Eaglets defeated the hosts, Turkey and Guatemala in their first and second games and will face Senegal in their last group match.

Dare took to his official Twitter handle to express satisfaction and congratulated them as he believed that they have proved to the world that they are true champions.

"Congratulations to the Golden Eaglets on their 5-1 victory over Guatemala at the UEFA/CAF U-17 Tournament in Turkey today. They are champions indeed!" The statement on Twitter reads.
