Terem Moffi continued his recent good form in France with another game-winning goal for FC Lorient as they recorded a 2-1 win over Paris at Stade Yves Allainmat - Le Moustoir (Lorient) on Tuesday to advance to the next round of the Coupe de France, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
This is the second time in nine days that the 21-year-old striker has netted a winning goal for Lorient, having scored the decisive goal in the 91st minute of a 3-2 win against Paris Saint-Germain on January 31.
Paris FC has taken the lead through Moustapha Name in the 13th minute before Yoane Wissa equalized for Lorient in 71 minutes.
And in the seventh round of the Belgian Cup, Chelsea on loan forward Ike Ugbo scored for Cercle Brugge in their 3-1 home win against Oostende on Tuesday.
The win saw Cercle Brugge advance into the quarterfinals of this season’s Cup competition.
Ugbo scored in the 90th minute to make it 3-1 in favour of Cercle Brugge.
The 22-year-old has scored 11 goals in 24 league appearances for the Belgian club this season.
