Former Super Eagles winger Victor Moses was the hero on Saturday as relegation threatened Fenerbahce defeated Rizespor 3-2, BSNSports reports.
The fiercely play clash witness 4 Nigerians in action.
Moses was in cloud nine for Fenerbahce, as Rizespor paraded the trio of defender Chidozie Awaziem, midfielder Okechukwu Azubuike and winger Aminu Umar.
But it was Moses who laughed last as he scored the winning goal from the penalty spot in the 84thinutes.
Rizespor took the lead with an own goal in the 7th minutes through Hassan Ali Kaldrim before Sedar Aziz leveled the game in the 20th minutes.
Spanish International Roberto Soldado put Fenerbahce in the driving seat in the 40th minutes.
Dario Melnjak restored parity in the 55th minutes before former Chelsea winger netted the winning goal from the spot.
Moses was substituted in the 90th minutes for Eljif Elmas, Nigeria conterpart Umar was replaced by Samu in the 73rd minutes while Musa Cagiran was introduced in place of Azubuike in the 85th minutes.
Awaziem was un action from the start to the end of the game.
Moses has now scored 2 league goals for Fenerbahce.
