Simon fires Nantes to victory

Few days after switching to the French Lique one Nigeria's Super Eagles winger Moses Simon has already underlined his importance to FC Nantes.

Simon moved to Nantes on loan from the Spanish La Liga side UD Levante this summer with am option of a permanent deal.

The petit winger was the hero on Saturday night as Nantes defeated host Amien SC in the match day 3 of the league.

After a goalless first half Coulibaly opened the scoring for Nantes in the 53rd minute of the second stanza.

South Africa international Bongani Zungu leveled the score in 72nd minute before Simon was introduced for Louza Imran.

Simon stamped his authority on the game as he netted the winning goal in the 83rd minute of the game.
