Musa To Captain Super Eagles In Uyo

Musa
The captain armband will be handed to winger Ahmed Musa instead of Ogenyi Onazi when Nigeria take on Libya in back to back AFCON 2019 qualifiers October 13th, BSN Sports reports. Onazi took over Musa as first vice captain to Mikel Obi. Captain Mikel will not be available for the game against Libya due to fitness issues as first reported by this portal but just like it was against Seychelles, Musa will still continue in his role as captain ahead of Onazi. ”Musa only took a break from his role as captain when he had family issues. Since then he has reclaim his role, while Onazi is the third vice captain. Remember we have five captains according to coach Gernot Rohr “, a backroom staff of the team disclosed to press.
