NAF Wallop ABS, Leapfrog Aklosendi By Niyi Busari NAF FC humiliated Abubakar Bukola Saraki FC 3-0 in one of the week 11 Bet9ja NNL encounter decided at the popular Area 3 playing ground. In a battle for the survival of relegation, before the encounter both teams have 11 points from 10 games and were on the verge of being relegated. A goal each from Yahaya Ibrahim, Benjamin Bulus and Ugi Emmanuel saw NAF FC leapfrog Aklosendi FC on goal aggregate with the 14 points each from 11 matches. The match is the first game Suleiman Quadri took charge as ABS FC coach but unfortunately was welcomed with three goals. A faulty pass from Golden Eaglets star and ABS forward, Olakunle Olusegun led to the first goal as Yahaya Ibrahim collected the pass and breezed past the defenders to poke home with a right-footed volley on 34th minutes to give the hosts a deserved lead. On resumption of the second half, ABS winger, Olakunle Olusegun caught the eyes of many spectators with dazzling skills and constant threat down the flank but composure and determination of the Abuja team was rewarded in the 73rd minutes when second half substitute Kelvin Odenigbo and first goal scorer Yahaya combined well to disorganise the visitor's defense and allow the host's captain, Benjamin Bulus double the scoreline. Ugi Emmanuel who replaced Okoye Samuel scored a tap in few minutes after he came into pitch from good combination of exchange of passes between three NAF attackers. The vital win saw NAF FC move to the 6th position with 14 points from 11 games.
