  NAF FC Pip EFCC To Lift FCT Pre-season Trophy By Niyi Busari Nigeria Air Force Football Club (NAF FC) are the champions of 2020 FCT Coaches Pre-season tournament after defeating their bitter rivals, EFCC FC in the final, BSNSports.com.ng reports EFCC FC were reduced to ten men in the ten minutes of the tension soaked encounter and the resultant penalty was lost by the champions' captain, Ibrahim Yahaya. The first half ended goalless as both sides lost many scoring chances with the Air Force boys being more aggressive in search of a goal while the anti-corruption boys due to numerical disadvantage concentrated more on containing the rampaging Air Force boys. Michael Simon's header from Yahaya Ibrahim's cross in the 76th minute was all the champions needed to win their sixth game of the competition. NAF FC walloped Wazobia 6-2 in their group opener, outscored Oyah FC 4-2 before a 6-2 humiliation handed to Unique FC. In the quarter finals, NAF ran riot over FCT League champions, WACO FC after 4-0 bashing. The semifinal and the final seemed tough as both NNL sides (Road Safety FC and EFCC FC) proved difficult conceded 1 goal each to make way for the champions. The 2020 pre-season tournament was organised by FCT Coaches Association to help all league clubs be in better shape ahead of the Nigeria Nationwide (NLO) and Nigeria National League (NNL) season.
