Naira Rain In Edo State As Governor Splashes N25m on Bendel Insurance Players.

Edo State Government has not failed to continuously put financial smiles on the faces of Bendel Insurance players as he splashes Twenty five million (N25m) naira again and brand new team bus for the team for their qualification to the prestigious NPFL after eleven years.

Also, not left out in the share of the sumptuous pudding is the supporters club of Bendel Insurance as the get a cash reward of Five million (#5m) naira and a new bus from the Edo state government as part of their unfailing support for the club.

It could be recalled that Governor Obaseki gave the state team the sum of #25m naira for coming first in the top of the log in the Southern Conference table during the 2018 NNL which qualified them for the Super 8.

With this additional #25m naira extra the players and technical crew will have no regrets smiling home while they prepare for the NPFL .

No doubt Governor Obaseki's sport reform is actually paying off in a good way as Bendel Insurance sees the light of the day in the NPFL after years of desolation.
