National Division One Handball League Kicks Off July 30 In Edo By Our Reporter All is now set for the successful hosting of the National Division One League which holds in Edo State, BSNSports.com.ng reports. In a statement signed by the secretary general of the Handball Federation of Nigeria (HFN) Alhaji Maigidansanma Mohammed, the National Division One League, which is a qualifying tournament for the Prudent Energy Handball Premier League, will hold in Benin City, Edo State from July 9-17, 2021. Alhaji Maigidansanma Mohammed advised qualified participating teams to reach out to the HFN for more information. He also appreciated all teams for their resilience in understanding the course of moving the game of Handball forward in Nigeria. Other competitions in the calendar of the HFN include the National Under 12/15 Handball Championship scheduled to hold in Sokoto from the 30th of July - 8th of April 2021. The Championship is proudly sponsored by the Sokoto State government. The Prudent Energy Handball Premier League will hold in Abuja from October 8-23, 2021.
